Terms of Use

These terms apply to the website at sthetic.art, run by Sthetic Creative Group, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company doing business as Sthetic (an assumed name registered in Utah) (“we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information.

1. What this site is

sthetic.art is an information site about the studio’s art work. It has no accounts and sells nothing yet. Moiré Studio, at moire.sthetic.art, is a separate service with its own Terms of Service, which apply when you use it. When the shop opens, purchases will come with their own terms, shown before you buy.

2. Our work

The STHETIC and MOIRÉ names and logos, the artwork, and the text and design of this site belong to Sthetic Creative Group, LLC or to the artists who made the work, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. STHETIC is an assumed business name of Sthetic Creative Group, LLC, registered in Utah, and MOIRÉ is a Sthetic project; neither is a separate company. You may view the site and share links to it. Please don’t copy, sell, or reuse the artwork or logos without our written permission.

Copyright complaints. If you believe something on this site infringes your copyright, send a notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512) to our designated agent: Copyright Agent, Sthetic Creative Group, LLC, 7533 S Center View Ct #6340, West Jordan, UT 84084; phone 307-435-9142; email dmca@sthetic.org. Include your physical or electronic signature, the work you own, the address of the page where it appears, your address, phone number and email, a statement that you believe in good faith the use isn’t authorised by the owner, its agent or the law, and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for them. If material was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you can send a counter-notice to the same address.

3. Using the site

Please don’t try to break into, overload, or disrupt the site, or use it for anything unlawful.

4. Links to other sites

The site links to our other sites and may link to sites run by others. Those sites have their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for sites we don’t run.

5. No warranty

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that it will always be available or free of errors, and we disclaim all implied warranties.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Sthetic Creative Group, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of this site. Our total liability for any claim about the site is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and US$100. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you, and nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and any dispute about them will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Salt Lake County, Utah. This does not take away any rights you have under the consumer law of the place where you live.

8. Changes

We may update these terms, for example when the shop opens. We will post the new version here and update the “Last updated” date.

9. General

These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the whole agreement between you and us about this site. If any part of them can’t be enforced, the rest still applies. If we don’t enforce a part of them straight away, we haven’t given up the right to do so later.
