How we contact you
Email that says it comes from Sthetic is easy to fake. This page lists the only addresses sthetic.art and Moiré Studio write from, so you can tell our mail from someone else’s.
The only addresses we write from
- hello@sthetic.art — replies from the studio: enquiries, artists and partnerships.
- support@sthetic.art — Moiré Studio sign-in codes and account email, and all help.
Replies to mail you send to hello@sthetic.org, the inbox this site asks you to write to, come from that same address. It belongs to Sthetic Creative Group, the company behind sthetic.art. Mail from any other address, or from a look-alike domain, is not from us.
What we never ask for
- Your password, or a sign-in code. Moiré Studio sends codes for you to type into moire.sthetic.art yourself; we will never ask you to read one back to us.
- Payment card or bank details by email, or payment in gift cards or crypto.
- To install software or open an attachment to “fix” your account.
The shop is not open yet, so any email asking you to pay for an order on sthetic.art is not from us.
How to check a message
- Look at the full sender address, not just the name. The part after the @ should be exactly sthetic.art (or sthetic.org for hello@sthetic.org).
- Watch for look-alikes: extra words, hyphens, swapped letters or a different ending.
- Links in our mail go to sthetic.art or moire.sthetic.art. If you are unsure, don’t click; type the address into your browser instead.
Something look wrong?
Forward the message to support@sthetic.art and then delete it. Please don’t reply to it or click its links. We read every report.
