Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 31, 2026
This policy covers the website at sthetic.art (and www.sthetic.art, which sends you to sthetic.art), run by Sthetic Creative Group, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company doing business as Sthetic (an assumed name registered in Utah) (“we”, “us”). It is a small site: it has no accounts, no sign-in, no analytics and no advertising, and it sets no cookies of its own.
Moiré Studio, at moire.sthetic.art, is a separate service of ours with its own accounts, features and Privacy Policy. When you follow a link from here to Moiré Studio, that policy applies there, not this one.
1. What we collect
When you visit. Like every website, sthetic.art receives the technical details each browser sends with a request: your IP address, the page you asked for, the time, and your browser and device type. The site itself does not store these. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes them to deliver the pages and protect the site from abuse, and keeps short-lived request logs that we can look at when something goes wrong.
When you ask to hear about the shop. The “Hear when it opens” form does not send anything to us by itself. It opens your own email app with a short message to hello@sthetic.org that includes the address you typed. Nothing reaches us unless you choose to send that email. If you do, we receive your email address and whatever the message says.
When you write to us. If you email hello@sthetic.org, we receive your email address, your name if your email app includes it, and what you write.
We do not ask for, and the site does not collect, payment details, location, or any other personal information. The shop is not open yet; when it is, this policy will be updated before it collects anything new.
2. How we use it
- To serve the site and keep it secure (the technical details above).
- To tell you when the shop opens, if you asked. We use that address only for that note. We won’t add you to any other list or send you anything else unless you ask.
- To answer you, if you wrote to us.
We do not sell your personal information, share it for advertising, or use it to build a profile of you.
3. Cookies and tracking
sthetic.art sets no cookies and uses no analytics, pixels, or other trackers. The only thing it keeps in your browser is your link choice, in local storage under sthetic_art_link_mode, and only if you change it from the default; it never leaves your device. Its fonts and images are served from sthetic.art itself, so your browser does not contact any other company to show the page.
Cloudflare, which delivers the site, may set a strictly necessary security cookie (such as __cf_bm or cf_clearance) if it needs to check that a visit is not automated abuse. Such a cookie is used only for that check and not to follow you around the web. Because no other cookies are used, there is no cookie banner to answer.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. The site doesn’t track you across sites or build a profile from your visits, so there is nothing for a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal to switch off. Either way, we treat such a signal as a request not to sell or share your information, which we don’t do in any case.
4. Who helps us run the site
- Cloudflare, Inc. hosts the site (Cloudflare Workers), delivers it from locations around the world, runs its DNS, and protects it from abuse. It processes the technical details of each visit described above.
- Google LLC (Google Workspace) runs the hello@sthetic.org mailbox, so it holds the emails you send us, including shop sign-up messages.
No other company receives information from this site. The site’s source code is kept on GitHub, which does not receive any visitor’s personal information.
5. How long we keep it
We keep a shop sign-up email only as long as we need it to send you the note that the shop is open, and we delete it sooner if you ask. Other emails are kept as long as needed to deal with what you wrote about, and any longer only if the law requires it. The request logs we can see in Cloudflare are kept for no more than 7 days and then deleted automatically. Cloudflare also keeps its own security and network records under its own privacy policy.
6. Your choices and rights
You can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, to give you a copy of it, to correct it, or to delete it, at any time, by writing to hello@sthetic.org from the address concerned. We answer within one month, there is no fee, and we will not ask for more identification than confirming you control that email address. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to object to how we use your information and to complain to your local data protection authority.
Where the law asks for a legal basis: we serve and secure the site, and answer your emails, because we have a legitimate interest in doing so; we send the shop note because you asked for it, and you can withdraw that at any time.
US state privacy laws. Some US states, including California, give residents rights over their personal information. Whatever state you live in, you can use the rights above in the same way. We don’t sell personal information, share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, use it for targeted advertising or profiling, or collect sensitive personal information. The categories we collect, where they come from, why, and how long we keep them are set out in sections 1, 2 and 5. You can also make a request through an authorised agent, and we won’t treat you differently for using any of these rights.
7. Where it is processed
We operate from the United States. Cloudflare delivers the site from data centres around the world, and Google may process email in the United States and elsewhere. If you are outside the United States, information you send us is transferred there, where privacy law may differ from yours.
The site is served over HTTPS (browsers are told to use HTTPS only), and it loads nothing from other companies’ servers. No system is perfectly secure, so we keep what we hold to the minimum described here.
8. Children
This site is not directed to children, and we don’t knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are under 16, please don’t send us your email address. If you believe a child has sent us information, tell us at hello@sthetic.org and we will delete it.
9. Changes
If what the site collects changes, for example when the shop opens, we will update this page and the “Last updated” date before the change takes effect.
